SJCOG Mobility Hub

Selected by the San Joaquin Council of Governments to plan, design, and build the Tracy Transit Center mobility hub – the first in a planned regional network. Scope includes concept development, site selection, design, construction, and CurbOS™-powered operations. Construction begins mid-2026.

Eric Gilliland

Over the past two decades, Eric has helped shape bike share and micromobility throughout the nation. Eric has previously served as a Regional General Manager for Motivate LLC, overseeing the company’s bike share operations in NY, Boston and Columbus. Immediately prior, Eric served as GM of the Washington, DC region’s Capital Bikeshare program, one of the first large-scale bike share programs in the US. He has served as executive director of the National Association of City Transportation Officials (NACTO) and as executive director of the Washington DC Area Bicyclist Association (WABA), an advocacy group dedicated to improved cycling conditions in the DC region.

Adam Shapiro

Adam had led Tranzito operations for over a decade and currently is a Strategic Advisor managing product development and engineering permit approvals for the STAP program, along with strategic advisement of implementation and operations of mobility hubs.

Gene Oh

Gene Oh is the founder and CEO of Tranzito, with over 20 years in new mobility. He leads the company’s strategy to help cities actively manage the curb, the most contested space on the street, through a network of distributed smart infrastructure and an open software platform. Under Gene, Tranzito has grown from secure bike parking into the operator of the $500M+ LA STAP bus shelter program and the 97-hub LADOT Integrated Mobility Hubs program, and is now extending that model into smart loading zones and dynamic curb management.
