BikeHub Secure Bike Parking and Micromobility Infrastructure

BikeHub

BikeHub is the nation’s leading operator of secure bike parking and micromobility infrastructure. Since 2004, we’ve designed, built, and operated bike stations for transit agencies across the country – from staffed valet facilities to self-service smart racks, e-bike charging, and scooter parking. We don’t just install hardware. We run the day-to-day operations that keep riders coming back.

What We Do

Operations

Full lifecycle management of your bike parking program: Current offerings include staffed valet service, secure bike rooms, customer support, maintenance, security, and utilization reporting. Our teams operate daily at BART, Caltrain, and WMATA stations running programs parking over 175,000 bikes annually.

Design & Logistics

Let us design your secure parking solutions – from full-service valet bike stations to compact self-park rooms and outdoor smart rack installations. We handle hardware selection, procurement, permitting, and installation. Our platform-agnostic approach means your agency gets the best equipment for your program’s needs.

Technology

BikeHub is powered by Parkit, our kiosk and access management platform. Parkit handles user registration, smart lock access, payment processing, and real-time utilization data. BikeHub stations also integrate with CurbOS™ for system-wide monitoring and reporting.

Hardware Ecosystem

We work with best-in-class hardware partners, selecting the right equipment for each location: BikeLink e-lockers (smart locks), Dero racks and repair stands, Bikeep smart racks (real-time monitoring), and custom valet fixtures. No single-vendor lock-in – we choose what works best for each site.
